COMPANY HISTORY

Guardian Services, LLC was officially formed in January 2003 as a three-member California Limited Liability company.  Six months later on June 1, 2003, under the dba of Guardian Safety Services, we began operations.

In June 2007, Guardian Safety Services was incorporated, forming a California S-Corporation under the name of Guardian Services Western Division, Inc.  Christine Settlemire is the President and Secretary with a majory shareholder interest.

Guardian Safety Services is a veteran-owned, a woman-owned (certified by the WBENC), and an SBA certified small business, located at 12625 Jomani Dr., Suite #102, Bakersfield, CA 93312.

While our corporate office is in Kern County, we also have customers and provide continuing services in Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Fresno, Ventura, Los Angeles, and Orange counties. In Northern California we currently provide on-going services in Richmond, San Fransisco and Stockton.
